I recently purchased a STU and the Vortex insert and am impatiently awaiting it to arrive (I also have a Wonder Wave).

I am wondering on how to warm it up properly. How hot does the water have to be and how long should it sit inside the water?
Answer:
The inserts can handle fairly hot water, I would make sure the water is hot but not boiling, and leave for about 6-7 minutes. It also helps if you heat the fl case as this can maintain the heat for longer, hope this helps.
